Description

Restructuring work on the Saint-Exupéry school city in Bellegarde-sur-Valserine in Ain (01). This work concerns buildings C (workshops), E (dwellings), F (college) and G (internat), as well as the fitting-out of outdoor areas related to these buildings.
The works are the subject of a firm tranche and 2 conditional tranches.
The operation consists of 33 lots which have been the subject of previous consultations.
As a result of the programme changes in building C (workshops), certain lots are being re-launched.
This consultation is based on the following unsuccessful test:
Lot 31: firm slice (building C – phase 3), plumbing: domestic hot water supply, cold water supply, EU, EV and EP networks, sanitary and fire protection equipment.
