Description

In accordance with Section 3(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the object of the public procurement procedure is a civil supply contract. The subject of the contract is the award of a contract, in accordance with Section 56 of the Public Procurement Act, under the conditions laid down in these tender documents, for the purchase, repair and disposal of retreaded tyres for all axles of vehicles (including steered) vehicles for Class I M3 vehicles. The tyres offered must be retreaded with cold technology, must have a universal M+S tread, and a M+S-marked pick-up tread suitable for collective transport, must be applicable to all axles, including controlled ones. The age of the first retreaded carcass on the steered axle shall not be older than 4 years, the age of the carcass on the other axles shall not be older than 5 years, shall have a minimum tread depth of 15 mm. Retreaded tyres are required to be delivered on chassis that are capable of performing mileage courses of 60 000 km on average. The protectors must bear the individual number of the retreader on both sides of the carcass side, on the side of the retreading belt, the tread manufacturer’s mark (to make it clear that the type of retreader supplied will be identical to that indicated in the tender). Retreaded tyres will be supplied on the frames of a maximum of 4 brands, of which on 2 front axle protection marks, the tenderer shall indicate in the tender his own brand offer.
