Description

Der bestehende Liegenschaftszugangsknoten (LZK) in der Ernst-von-Bergmann Kaserne (EvBK) ist an seine räumlichen Grenzen gestoßen. Dieser befindet sich derzeit in einem Bestandsgebäude in Nähe des Baufelds für den neu zu planenden LZK. Aufgrund anerkannter weiterer Neubaubedarfe erweitert sich ebenfalls der Bedarf am IT-Leitungsnetz. Dieser kann durch den bestehenden LZK nicht mehr abgedeckt werden. Die Neubaumaßnahme dient der IT-Anbindung der Liegenschaft. Es handelt sich um eine Generalplanerleistung. Die zusammengefassten Planungsleistungen setzen sich aus folgenden Objekt- und Fachplanungen zusammen: Gebäude, Tragwerksplanung, Technische Ausrüstung (KG 430, 440, 450, 470, 480), Bauphysik (Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung) Zu erbringen sind LPH 2-3 und LPH 5-8, soweit nicht anderweitig in den Honorarblättern angegeben (siehe z.B. Tragwerksplanung). Maßnahmenumfang Flächendaten (m²) : Nutzfläche NF ca. 130 Verkehrsfläche VF ca. 10 Brutto-Grundfläche BGF ca. 175 Brutto-Rauminhalt BRI ca. 612,5 m³ Kostenobergrenze, Netto (€) : rd. 2.245.263,87 €
