Description

Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die Bereitstellung einer SaaS Lösung für Arbeitsschutz, Arbeitsmedizin und Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens nach VgV § 14 Abs. 2 zu vergeben. Der Vertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 4 Jahren abgeschlossen.
Die Leistungen umfassen die Bereitstellung einer Digitalen Lösung zur Durchführung und Dokumentation der gesetzlichen Vorschriften des Arbeitsschutzgesetzes. Durchführung und Dokumentation von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Unterweisungen usw. sowie Dokumentation von Begehungsprotokollen. Die Lösung soll auf dem BWI Client und mobil verfügbar sein. Gleichermaßen soll die arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorge automatisiert versendet werden. Diese basiert auf dem Zugriff auf die durchgeführte, dokumentierte und tätigkeitsbezogene Gefährdungsbeurteilung.
