Description

Arte GEIE is a European cultural channel located in Strasbourg, broadcasting its 24h/24 programmes on all vectors in France, Germany and Europe, at least in French and German.
The channel is looking for a service provider on its Strasbourg site for autonomous and collaborative technical assistance with its internal teams from 9: 00 to 18: 00, on working days, and for a standby service from 7: 00 to 25: 00 (1 a.m.), 365 days per year. The service concerns the administration and operational maintenance of its audiovisual IT facilities in ‘Broadcast’ and ‘Broadband’ environments, extending from production to broadcasting.
The maintenance service concerns:
technical tasks, in particular maintenance work at level 1 and 2, of a predictive, preventive and corrective nature, preparatory work on computers or servers (installations, configurations, tests), executive engineering work (integration of bay equipment, network cabling), installations and upgrades of operating systems, and various software,
ad hoc additional engineering tasks carried out by engineers,
technical and administrative tasks, in particular the management of a technical stock and its inventory, the management of network patches and connections, the implementation of minor updates of technical plans, the management of backups and participation in contract monitoring and technical monitoring meetings.
