Description

The purpose of the contract is to supply milk products to pupils from state and private primary and secondary school pupils, as well as for preschool children from state and private grades on a regular 4-hour basis in Salaj County, in the year 2017-2018, on a daily basis, in accordance with Annex 1, 2 and 3 to the Tender Specifications.
In accordance with the provisions of Hoat 714/2008, the products that may be supplied are: heat-treated, UHT and pasteurised milk and fermented milk products containing at least 90 % by weight of heat-treated milk: plain yoghurt, Batut milk, sana or kefir milk meeting the requirements laid down in Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 657/2008 of 10.7.2008 laying down detailed rules for applying Council Regulation (EC) No 1.234/2007 as regards Community aid for supplying milk and certain milk products to pupils in schools, as amended, as well as those laid down in Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29.4.2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs and in Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29.4.2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin and marked with stamp ovala, in accordance with the sanitary veterinary rules, in packages of 200 ml/establishment in the case of milk and in packages of weights expressed in grams for fermented milk products;

Lot II = Area II (Sarmasag, Bocsa, Samsud, Bobota, Chiesd, Carastelec, Maieriste),
Lot III = Zone III (Simleu Silvania, Nusfalau, Marca, Camar, Ip, Plopis, Sig, Boghis, Halmasd, Valcau De Jos)
Lot IV = Area IV (Crasna, Pericei, Virsolt, Mesesenii de Jos, Horoatu Crasnei, Banisor, Ciser)
Lot V = Area V (Simnihaiu Almasului, Treznea, Buciumi, Romanasi, Agrij, Hida, Dragu, Zimbor, Cuzaplac, Almas, Fildu de Jos),
Lot VI = Zone Vi (Cehu Silvania, Salatig, Benesat, Dobrin),
Lot VII = Area VII (Jibou, SoMes Odorhei, Napradea, Surduc, Creaca, Balan, Cristolt, Girbou),
Lot VIII = Zone VIII (Ileanda, Babeni, Letca, Lozna, Gilgau, Rus, Simisna, Zalha, Poiana Blenchii)
The method of establishing the correspondence between the Contracting Authority and the Contracting Authority will be carried out online via SEAP, and the ‘resulting communication’ will be carried out by means of the reporting email in Form 15.
