Description

This concession consists of a "full service" contract (total management by the concessionaire) as detailed in these specifications and its annexes. In this context, ASBL CHU Helora and Pole 23 are referred to as the licensor and the designated operator will be referred to as the concessionaire. Purpose of the concession Concession of services including the supply, installation, maintenance (preventive and curative) and replenishment of vending machines for hot, cold drinks, sweets/snacks. This service concession concerns the provision of machinery and the taking over of all the tasks required for the management of distributors (supply, maintenance, intervention in the event of breakdown, repair of machinery, collection of cash registers, filling of coiners, reimbursements, possible movement of machinery, etc.). Some spaces will allow the dealer to place several distributors side by side. In this case, all will be part of a dressing. Specific dressing will also be provided for distributors placed individually.
