Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia ČOV Žarnovica a dobudovanie stokovej siete v Žarnovici. Technologicky je ČOV navrhnutá s dvojstupňovým čistením. Jedná sa o mechanicko-biologickú čistiareň odpadových vôd s nitrifikáciou a samostatnou denitrifikáciou, s úplnou aeróbnou stabilizáciou kalu v čistiacom procese.
