Description

The contract included the following technical activities, in accordance with Regulation No 49 of 5.11.2004 on maintaining the map of restored property:
2.1. Technical activities for the performance of the services referred to in the Tariff of fees collected by the land authorities;
2.2. Technical activities in connection with the professional maintenance of the map of restored property, in accordance with a methodology approved by the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, including technical activities for drawing up land-use plans and compensation, correcting manifest errors of fact and other activities commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
3. The technical activities are carried out in accordance with the terms of reference;
4. The prices under the Tariff of Fees collected by the Land Authorities and the Methodology for determining the prices of technical activities in maintaining the restoration map approved by the Minister for Agriculture and Forestry serve as the basis for the participant in determining the unit prices of the activities in its financial proposal. The prices indicated in the Methodology are exclusive of tax under the Value Added Tax (VAT) Act;
5. The contracting authority retains the right to award activities which are not included in the list of names (Annex 4.1), while respecting the brackets defined in Regulation No 49/2004 on the maintenance of KBC, and will be paid at the prices of the Tariff of fees collected by the land authorities and the Methodology for determining the technical activities for maintaining the map of the restituted property.
