For the record:
The subject of the contract relates to the execution, sometimes simultaneously on the same or more than one lot, of construction sites for a maximum of EUR 900 000 per site excluding VAT.
The work will include:
— carrying out prior surveys to determine the nature and congestion of the ground and subsoil,
— the drawing up of joint inspection reports, which must be carried out in the presence of a duly authorised representative of the road manager and, unless the prior agreement has been given, of a representative of the CILE,
— the implementation of specific safeguards (protection of soil and groundwater), taking into account that the works could be carried out in areas affected by a drinking water intake,
