Description

The Lagarde Campus in the east of Bamberg (formerly ‘US Warner Barracks’), with its 18 construction sites, has been undergoing conversion from military to civilian reuse on the basis of an ‘urban area’ pursuant to the BauNVO since 2018. Residential use, commercial and public facilities are being built in the immediate vicinity of the Federal Police Education and Training Centre and are in various stages of development, from the search for investors with the award of a concept to completion.
