Description

This consultation is launched following a procedure with negotiation, without prior publicity after failure pursuant to Articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 6° and R. 2161-17 to R.2161-20 of the Public Order Code. Its purpose is to relaunch Lot 6 of a consultation of 10 lots initially launched in a grouping of orders between Colmar Agglomeration and the City of Colmar following an open tender procedure. Lot 6 - Insurance "Automobile fleet and related risks - Colmar Agglomeration" of this initial consultation was declared without follow-up for reasons of unsuccessfulness after all the offers were found to be irregular. Colmar Agglomeration is the coordinator of a permanent grouping of orders formed between Colmar Agglomeration and the municipality of Colmar. It is represented by its President. It is the responsibility of the coordinator to organise all the selection operations of the contracting partner(s), to sign and notify public contracts in the name and on behalf of the members of the group. Pursuant to the provisions of Article R2124-3-6°: The contracting authority shall involve in this procedure with negotiation without prior publicity only those tenderers who initially submitted tenders which comply with the requirements relating to the time-limits and formal arrangements for the invitation to tender. These candidates having justified not being in a case of exclusion and satisfying the conditions of participation fixed by the buyer.
