Description

Dit project bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit het uitvoeren van het groot onderhoud aan de Apeldoornsestraat buiten de bebouwde kom. Het asfalt in de rijbaan van de Apeldoornsestraat verkeerd in slechte staat. Hetzelfde geldt voor het asfalt in de naastliggende asfaltfietspaden. Beide voldoen niet aan het kwaliteitsniveau Basis dat de gemeente Barneveld hanteert voor de staat van onderhoud van verhardingen. Daarnaast worden een aantal verkeerskundige optimalisaties doorgevoerd, bushaltes voorzien van betonverharding en verbeterde toegankelijkheid, duikers hersteld en stuwen geplaatst. In de landelijke omgeving zijn veel vakantieparken en bijbehorende bedrijfsactiviteiten. Omgevingsmanagement, verkeersplannen en BLVC-plannen maken daarom een wezenlijk onderdeel uit van de scope. Opdrachtgever kiest voor een hybride bouwteam vanwege het omgevingsmanagement in de ontwerp- en realisatiefase en de technische- en kostenbeheersing van de opdrachtnemer tijdens deze fases.
