Description

BITMARCK has entered into an Open Infrastructure Offering Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the OIO Agreement). The contract focuses on the provision of machines, programs and associated services for information processing. The included supply and services relate to the existing IT infrastructure with the licensing of the database management software, but also include in particular the coverage of changed requirements and new requirements in the hardware and software sector. A small part of the contract also includes consulting services in program management during the conversion and operation of an industry solution at a BITMARCK customer. In addition, the aim of the contract is to implement consulting services (organizational measures and optimization projects as well as program management) for a BITMARCK customer as part of a project to modernize the business processes of health insurance companies.
