Description

Arwos needs a new settlement system that can support Arwos’ overall settlement and customer-facing processes for the relevant supply types, including drinking water, wastewater and refuse collection. The system must be able to handle Danish supply settlement practices, including fees, taxes, payment and reminder processes, and must be able to integrate with Arwos’ other systems, including the financial system, metering data system and innovator system. If this is not the case, Arwos will not be able to complete a complete and correct settlement process without manual workflows, risk of errors in customer and consumption data as well as inconsistencies between settlement, collection, customer service and bookkeeping. Arwos has investigated the market for settlement systems for Danish utilities. The overall minimum requirements for an operational, integrated and documented settlement system based on a cloud solution that can be used for Danish utility billing are only met by the solution from Elbek & Vejrup, and there are thus no other suppliers who can provide the necessary settlement system to Arwos as a reasonable alternative.
