Carrying out activities for maintenance and servicing of fire alarm systems (PIS), fire extinguishing systems (PGS), fire hydrants (FH) and fire hydrants (PK) in the sites operated by ESO EAD, MER Burgas Directorate, in accordance with Ordinance No 8121z-647 of 1 October 2014 on the rules and standards for fire safety in operation of the sites. Subscription maintenance and servicing of installations covers visual and functional checks and manipulations, preventive and maintenance activities, which will be carried out according to a schedule drawn up by the Contractor and agreed with the Contracting Authority. The supply of spare parts that can be used in the performance of the maintenance activities covered by this contract is carried out only in the presence of a Defect Act, drawn up in accordance with a model of the procurement documents.
