In 2020, a baseline measurement was carried out for litter on the dry area of Rijkswaterstaat. This measurement was repeated in 2021 to 2025. For the years 2026 to 2029, during the spring and autumn, litter measurements must be carried out by determining the beauty images (image quality CROW) and composition of litter in: - 30 care places; - 55 entrances and exits; - 25 connecting roads; - 25 standings throughout the Netherlands.
