The framework agreement aims to provide specialized resources for the development/implementation and operation of applications (application management) based on low-code digitization platforms. The aim is to procure support services to cover the entire life cycle of applications based on low-code digitization platforms and to enable clients to provide a flexible and needs-based range of support services. The range of services to be procured therefore ranges from support services in the context of the definition of an implementation project (scoping), the implementation of applications based on low-code digitization platforms (requirements acceptance, design of the solution, implementation of the solution, commissioning, etc.) as well as support services for operation, maintenance and continuous further development in the context of application management. The services to be procured will in principle be cut in lots along the low-code digitisation platforms from the framework contract ‘Framework agreement low-code public sector platforms (award number 2023-I-055)’. This framework agreement includes the platforms ServiceNow, Pega, Outsystems and Appian. These lots will be supplemented by a general lot for services relating to further low-code digitisation platforms. The aim is to win up to five framework agreement partners per lot. In this procurement procedure, the PD represents the several contracting authorities, whereby further demand entities may join in the further course of this procurement. The persons entitled to call are currently - PD - consultant of the public sector GmbH, - information technology center federal (ITZBund), - the Brandenburg IT service provider (ZIT-BB), - state capital Munich, - IT Baden-Württemberg (BITBW), - the central office of the federal states for computer-aided decision-making aids and programs in plant protection (KKS), - state Berlin, - IT service center of the Saarland (IT-DLZ), - service center rural development and agricultural promotion.
