Description

The assignment concerns the integral preparation and realisation of energy-saving measures (EML) within the Defence real estate portfolio, with the aim of ensuring that the buildings comply with the statutory energy-saving obligation in a timely manner and to contribute to the sustainability of the State Real Estate. The task is characterised by a large scale, high time pressure and the need for scaling up, with EML measures to be implemented by the end of 2029. See Section 2.4.1 of the Procurement Guide.
