Description

The procedure used is an adapted procedure opened without the provision of benefits giving rise to the payment of a premium and with the possibility of negotiation. If so, a maximum of 3 candidates will be admitted to negotiations under the conditions set out in the consultation rules.
The project supervisor shall act under the conditions laid down in Decree No 93-1268 of 29.11.1993 on project management tasks entrusted by public contractors to providers of private law, and in the Order of 21.12.1993 laying down detailed rules for the performance of project management tasks.
