Vergabenummer: 25-009317 Maßnahmennummer: B73H E12101 0001 Baumaßnahme: Flussmeisterstelle Günzburg Neugestaltung und Erweiterung Planungsleistungen TGA / HLS für den Neubau einer Flußmeisterstelle, bestehend aus Büro- und Werkstattgebäude sowie Fahrzeug- und Gerätehallen. Ebenfalls ist die Planung einer Iinterims-Unterbrinung der Flußmeisterstelle auf einem Nachbargrundstück Teil des Planungsumfanges. Neuauslegung des Hochwasserschutzes auf HQextrem. Die Baumaßnahme soll nach Vorgabe des Bayerischen Staatsministeriums für Wohnen, Bau und Verkehr mit BASIS-BIM durchgeführt werden. BGF: 2 750 m2 NU: ca. 1 575 m2 BRI: ca. 11 500 m3 Kostenobergrenze: 13,57 Mio. EUR
