Description

The purpose of this notice is to carry out a specific ‘preliminary market consultation’ within the meaning of Articles 66 and 67 of Legislative Decree No 50/2016 to verify unfungibility conditions. We would point out that, for the supply in question, the technical specifications required in view of the specific requirements to be met, there is a situation of unfungibility as defined in ANAC Guidelines No 8. This consultation is preparatory to the specific negotiated procedure without publication of a notice. Contributions must be received by 4.9.2018 via ECP at abs.aou.ancona@emarche.it. The ECP should include the following wording: ‘1953 PN Preliminary market consultation prior to the opening of a negotiated procedure for the award of supplies of various devices for the treatment of acute cerebral stroke – Lot No ___ (indicate the lot (s) concerned) – Submission of contribution’.
