Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment to the Zamenhof University Children's Clinical Hospital in Białystok, ul. J. Washington 17, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party. The order is executed under the Agreement No. FENX.06.01-IP.03-0077/25-00/5/2026/79 of Project FENX.06.01-IP.03-0077/25 entitled: "Investments in the area of AOS and the development of one-day care in UDSK in Białystok" as part of the FENX.06.01 Health care system, priority FENX.06 Health Programme European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027". 2. The subject-matter of the contract shall be carried out in accordance with the 'Do No Significant Harm' (DNSH) principle within the meaning of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment, and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (OJ L 208, 29.6.2020, p. Ooh, ooh, ooh. EU L198, 18.06.2020, p. 13, as amended). 3. In particular, the Contractor declares and ensures that the activities carried out under the subject of the contract will not cause significant damage to any of the environmental objectives referred to in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852. 10. and in the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and environmental impact assessments (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1112). 4. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ - Description of the subject-matter of the contract.
