Description

Framework agreement for intellectual training services. It was awarded in accordance with an adapted procedure in accordance with Article 28 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. Its purpose is to accompany the staff of the Rhône CPAM in a non-violent communication process. This contract is a framework agreement on order forms, without a minimum or maximum, awarded pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The framework agreement is divided into a fixed tranche and 2 optional tranches. In year 1, the contracting authority will order all modules (1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). From the first roll-over, modules 4 and 5 will become optional tranches.
