Description

project management services for the new ISC Annecy project. Project in two independent parts: construction of the new Annecy fire and rescue centre and construction of additional accommodation and associated parking. Only the part relating to the construction of the new ISC falls within the scope of this competition. Basic mission with EXE (sketch +) + opc only for the construction of the new Annecy CIS. Estimated allocation of works: EUR 20 480 000 excluding tax (value May 2023). Expected skills: architecturals, project economics, structures, fluids (strong and low currents), thermal, environmental quality of the building, various network roads, landscapes, acoustics and opc. As an indication, part 2 of the project envisages the construction of additional dwellings and associated parking facilities for an estimated amount of EUR 5 700 000 (net of VAT).
