Description

The framework agreement covers the overhaul and repair of a number of 85 special vehicles in the Suceava ISUJ fleet, divided into 4 lots as follows: Lot I. Revision and repair services of motor vehicles type Car according to Annex no.1 Lot II. Revision and repair services of SMURD motor vehicles and Personal Transport according to Annex no.1 Lot III. Revision and repair services of extrication vehicles according to Annex 1 Lot IV. The scope of the framework agreement was divided into lots in order to adapt the size of the resulting individual contracts so as to better correspond to the needs of the contracting authority as well as to the capacity of the economic operators. For this purpose, framework agreements shall be concluded on a batch-by-batch basis. In the performance of the contract, it will be taken into account that any vehicle repair / overhaul service will be purchased only on the basis of a subsequent contractor, signed by the parties' legal representatives, only within the limit of the funds allocated for the budget year. If, after the award of the framework agreement, the funds allocated for the budgetary year are below the estimated thresholds, the contracting authority does not assume the obligation to perform the repair and overhaul services of motor vehicles. The framework agreement, as a special way of awarding a public procurement contract, contains estimated quantities, which the contracting authority considers will be purchased subsequently, quantities that appear in the award documentation of that framework agreement, the contracting authority having the obligation, subsequently, at the time of the conclusion of the subsequent contracts, to determine the fixed quantities to be purchased under that subsequent contract. The services and products related to the execution of the repair / overhaul services of the vehicles to be purchased must fully meet the minimum requirements of the technical specifications, as set out in the Tender Specifications. Payment shall be made by PO within a maximum of 45 calendar days from the date of its registration in accordance with the provisions of Article 7(1) of Law 72/2013, as updated. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/application is 15 days. The contracting authority will reply in a consolidated manner to all requests for clarifications 15 days before the closing date for submission of tenders .
