Description

By purchasing thermal energy meters with superior technical characteristics, the contracting entity aims to modernise the existing metering fleet, thus meeting the legal requirements imposed by the control authorities (BRML, ANRE, etc.), in accordance with Government Decision No 711/2015, as amended by Decision No 486/2016 laying down the conditions for making measuring instruments available on the market, ‘A measuring instrument must ensure a high level of metrological protection so that all interested parties can have confidence in the result of the measurement and must be designed and manufactured at a high level of quality in terms of both measuring technology and the safety of the measurement results.’ The products to be delivered must comply with the requirements imposed by the Specifications. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 172(1) of Law No 99/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 172(2) of Law No 99/2016, as amended, the contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. C. In accordance with Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016, as amended, the contracting entity states that it will respond only to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set.
