Description

Current assignment of works includes the realization of a NEW SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION for the kindergarten and primary school on the existing site of the municipal primary school De Plataan in Merchtem, including the realization of a NEW SPORTS AAL. The buildings are to be erected in accordance with the planned phasing, as provided for in the technical provisions accompanying the contract documents. The construction works include: . the structural structure, the complete finish, the techniques, the fixed furniture/initial equipment, the environmental construction with associated structures, etc., as well as the prior demolition of the existing buildings, terrain constructions and environmental constructions (after prior asbestos removal); . including all related supplies and works in accordance with the technical provisions and individual annexes attached to the contract documents for current works contracts.
