Description

Le pouvoir adjudicateur prévoit une opération de densification sur le patrimoine existant situé au 8 rue Klock à Clichy. Le projet est de construire deux bâtiments totalisant 58 logements et 108 places de stationnement en sous-sols sur 77 places de stationnement présentes actuellement.
a cet effet, le présent marché a pour objet la location de places de stationnement (au total 77) idéalement regroupées ou réparties au maximum sur 3 sites dans un rayon de 500 mètres de l'adresse postale.
il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire et comprend un montant maximum exprimé à l'article 2.2 du Rc.
il n'est pas non alloti dont les considérations de droit et de faits sont précisées à l'article 2.2 du Rc.
l'accord-cadre est traité à prix unitaire par mois correspondant à la place de stationnement
