Description

Unser Experiment erfordert den Einsatz hochpräziser, kompakter Dreh- und Linearantriebssysteme, die speziell auf ultrahochvakuumtaugliche und nicht-magnetische Anwendungen ausgelegt sind. Die geforderten Komponenten müssen eine extrem kompakte Bauweise aufweisen, wie zum Beispiel die Drehpositionierer mit einer Größe von 57 x 57 x 13,75 mm und einem 25 mm Öffnungsdurchmesser sowie Linearantriebe mit einer Verfahrstrecke von 51 mm. Beide Systeme bieten nanometergenaue Positioniergenauigkeit und eine hohe Auflösung (≤1,5 µrad für den Drehpositionierer), was für die präzise Steuerung unserer optischen Elemente unerlässlich ist. Solche hochpräzisen und kompakten Komponenten sind auf dem Markt äußerst selten zu finden, insbesondere in Kombination mit den benötigten Spezifikationen wie der ultrahohen Vakuumkompatibilität bis zu 10⁻¹¹ mbar. Die Positioniersysteme müssen zudem die optischen Elemente in unseren hochempfindlichen Polarisationsmessaufbauten präzise und stabil in einer extrem stabilen Vakuumumgebung positionieren können.
