Poland-Dębnica Kaszubska: Forestry services
The subject matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 pt. 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2014, item(1153 as amended) including work on forest breeding and conservation, fire protection, timber harvesting and grading and work at a forestry nursery, to be carried out in 2016 at the Forest District of Dwór.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including a detailed description of the technology for carrying out the specific works (activities) forming part of the subject-matter of the contract, is set out in Annexes 1B, 1C and 1D to the ToR.
The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Forest District of Dwór, with the individual lots being executed within the administrative boundaries of the forestry sector – which are specific to the lot in question. The locations (forest addresses) where implementation of the subject matter of the contract is planned are described in Annex 1B to the ToR.
Descriptions of activity codes describing the individual activities forming part of the subject of the contract are described in Annex 1C to the ToR.
Lots
The subject matter of the contract is divided into 4 lots:
Part I – forestry: Borzęcinko, Płaszewko, Starnice, Dębnica;
Part II – forestry: Skarszów, Lubuń, Niemczewo, Gałęźnia;
Part III – forestry: Zaścianek, Kruszyna, Łysomice, Mielno, nursery farm;
Part IV – forestry: Podwilczyn, Vierszyno, Świelubie, Barnowo;
The contractor may submit a tender for one or more lots. The tender submitted for a given lot must cover the entire range of works provided for in the ToR for the lot in question.
