The subject of the contract is a comprehensive bank service with a current account for MPK S.A. in Kraków for 2015-2020 consisting of:
1. Opening and maintaining bank accounts.
2. Interest on cash.
3. Granting short-term overdraft facilities to the Contracting Authority.
4. Operating an electronic banking system for the handling of bank accounts, including the generation and transmission of bank statements.
5. The execution of all types of domestic and foreign credit transfers (electronically and on paper).
6. Currency exchange.
7. Cash handling of deposits and withdrawals with a cash convoy.
8. Accepting payments via POS terminals, KKM machines and eBilet.
9. Issuing and servicing credit cards and prepaid cards.
10. Providing the care of a bank adviser.
11. Informing the Contractor of seizures of property rights constituting a claim on bank accounts prior to the execution of the attachment.
12. Preparation of opinions, compilations and reports on the operation of the bank.
13. Confirmation by the Contractor of the signatures of the persons authorised to commit the Contracting Authority’s property obligations, submitted on the following documents: in particular, written requests for payment of a security or a performance guarantee.
Contracting authority based on Article 67. Point 1(6) of the Public Procurement Law Act provides for the possibility of awarding services to the incumbent contractor, within three years of the award of the basic contract, supplementary contracts representing not more than 50 % of the value of the basic contract and consisting of the repetition of the same type of contracts.
