Description

Im Rahmen der Vertragsabwicklung sind durch den Auftragnehmer ein Nachweis zu erbringen, dass die Bremswirkung des Fahrzeuges bei einem Gefälle von 25 % ausreichend ist. Dies geht aus einer Auflage des BASE zur zugestimmten Vorprüfunterlage hervor. Die Erfüllung der Auflage ist zwingend notwendig. Zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses war nicht absehbar, dass dieser Nachweis durch den Auftragnehmer erbracht werden muss.
