Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products, including those used as part of chemotherapy and drug programs and medical devices. The detailed description and scope of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the tender specifications (SWZ). The order includes 20 packages (parts). The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of packages (parts). The Ordering Party in the Price Form (Annex No. 2 to the SPC) requires the indication of the trade name of the drug, the name of the Manufacturer and GTIN. The term of validity of the offered subject of the order may not be less than 6 months from the date of each delivery. Offered subject of the contract: must be authorised to market medicinal products in accordance with the provisions of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of 6 September 2001 (Parts 1-18), meet the requirements of the Food and Nutrition Safety Act of 25 August 2006 (Part 19), meet the requirements set out in the Medical Devices Act of 7 April 2022 (Part 20).
