In accordance with the procedure without reopening the competition, partial public contracts will be awarded, the estimated value of which in an individual case will not exceed CZK 5 000 000, excluding VAT. The subject-matter of the public contract is specified in detail in Annex 2 to this ZD – Framework Agreement, and Annex 2 thereto – List of Works in the Performance of the Public Contract (‘Inventory of Works’), which is also Annex 3 to the ZD. The Work Inventory also contains the expected, but not binding, frequency or quantity of the Work performed. The Participant to the Framework Agreement will be obliged to ensure the comprehensive execution of the requested Works, including all means, materials and equipment necessary for their execution, on its own account and responsibility. The contracting authority assumes that approximately 12 partial contracts will be awarded on the basis of the Framework Agreement. Partial contracts will be concluded for the performance of individual partial contracts in accordance with the model set out in Annex 1 to the Framework Agreement (‘Subcontract’).
