Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract performed by the Contractor for the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Contracting Authority’) is a service consisting in the provision, on the terms of subscription, of the ARIS Software referred to in § 2(1) in the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: ppu) constituting Annex 8.1 to the tender specifications (hereinafter: SWZ) together with consultations for a period of 36 months, or a service consisting in the provision of an equivalent solution in accordance with the detailed specification set out in Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract dedicated to the equivalent solution (hereinafter: ppu-r) constituting Annex 8.2 to the FTZ together with consultations for a period of 36 months 2. The contracting authority requires that the subject-matter of the contract be performed on the terms and conditions set out in PPU together with the annexes constituting Annex No 8.1 to the FTZ, and if an equivalent solution is offered on the terms and conditions set out in PPU-R together with the annexes constituting Annex No 8.2 to the FTZ.
