Die WirtschaftsEntwicklungsGesellschaft Bochum mbH beabsichtigt Pflege- und Unterhaltungsarbeiten, an mehreren Flächen innerhalb des Stadtgebiets Bochum für die Dauer von drei Jahren, durch eine Fachfirma ausführen zu lassen. Die Pflegeflächen befinden sich im gesamten Stadtgebiet der Stadt Bochum. Es handelt sich um insgesamt fünf Parkhäuser, fünf Gründerzentren, 13 Liegenschaften sowie mehrere Kleinparkflächen im Innenstadtbereich.
