Construction Copenhagen offers complete design and execution of the School at Torveporten as a turnkey contract. The turnkey contract includes the handover phase, authority project, tender project, execution project, execution, delivery and commissioning, as well as DGNB gold and DGNB diamond certification. The school's floor area amounts to approximately 17,900 m2 including basement. The project consists of four buildings in 2-3 floors.
