De realisatie van 2 schoolgebouwen en een dubbele gymzaal(sportzaal), ter plaatse van veld P Oosterwold Almere. Het gaat hier om de bouwkundige, elektrotechnische en de werktuigbouwkundige werkzaamheden voor deze 3 gebouwen. De eisen voor elk van de gebouwen zijn uitgewerkt in STABU-bestekken. Van de aan te besteden opdrachtnemer wordt verwacht dat hij coördinatie verzorgd tussen terreininrichting en de realisatie van de gebouwen Buiten scope: De terreininrichting rondom de 3 gebouwen. De voorbelasting ligt er voor start bouw en zal Q3 2026 worden verwijderd. Daarna zal de terreininrichting in 2 fases worden uitgevoerd. De terrein aannemer zal zorg dragen dat tenminste 1 zijde van de gebouwen bereikbaar blijft. 2 scholen en 1 dubbele gymzaal
