The area of the Municipality of Głowaczów is 186 km2, the Municipality of Głowaczów consists of the following localities: Adamów, Bobrowniki, Brzóza, Cecylówka Brzózka, Cecylówka Głowaczowska, Chodków, Dąbrówki, Parcels Brzóskie, Emilów, Głowaczów, Grabnowola, Helenów, Henryków, Ignacówka Bobrowska, Ignacówka Grabnowolska, Jasieniec, Klementynów, Kosny, Leżenice, Lipa, Lipska Wola, Łukawa, Łukawska Wola, Maciejowice, Mała Wieś, Mariampol, Marianów, Michałów, Miejska Dąbrowa, Moniochy, Podmieście, Przejazd, Rogożek, Severynów, Stanisławów, Stawki, Studnie, Studzianki Pancerne, Usynów, Wólka Brzózka, Zadąbrowie, Zieleniec. Regular collection of household waste in months : January, February, March, November, December – once a month, in months : April, May, June, July, August, September, October – at least once every two weeks, according to the agreed schedule. - From land: (summer plots, shops, schools, cemeteries) Non-segregated waste will be collected in containers with a capacity of 120l., 1100l., and containers with a capacity of 7 m3. Export of waste from 120 l and 1100 l containers in months : January, February, March, November, December – once a month, in months : April, May, June, July, August, September, October – at least once every two weeks, according to the agreed schedule. Disposal of waste from KP-7 containers placed in a designated place, on the ordering party's telephone notification. Currently, the Głowaczów Commune has 11 KP-7 containers, which are arranged in the following places: 1. Głowaczów – 6 pcs set: 2 k/cemetery, 1 on the OSP square ul. Leżeńska, 1 on the school square at ul. Warecka, 2 in the Water-Kan Plant ul. Kozienicka, 2. Brzóza – 3 pcs set: 1 in PSP, ul. Lipowa Avenue, 1 k/cemetery , 1 Brzóza - Sokoły, 3. Rogożek – 1 pc in the forest near recreational cottages. 4. The Lord's Supper. If the Contractor has at his disposal means of transport adapted to containers of different capacity and has on his equipment an appropriate number of these containers, which can replace the above-mentioned KP-7 containers during the period of performance of the service, the Contracting Authority agrees to this solution. During the period of providing the service, it is planned to export approx. 1400 tonnes of mixed municipal waste and 140 tonnes of non-biodegradable waste. (b) Receipt of segregated waste by fraction: - mixed packaging waste (plastics, metals and multi-material packaging)– 120 l bags. - yellow, - glass - 120l bags. – green, – paper, paperboard, packaging waste from paper and paperboard – 120l bags. – blue, – biodegradable waste – 120l bags. – brown. - ash - bags min. 60l. – grey colour. Receipt of waste: - mixed packaging waste , from farms regularly once a month from the whole commune according to a fixed schedule. - glass, - paper, cardboard, packaging waste from paper and cardboard, from farms once every two months from the whole commune according to the established schedule. Collection - biodegradable waste from farms regularly once a month from the whole commune according to a set schedule. Collection - ash, from farms in months: January, February, March, April, October, November, December. Separated waste will be collected from household bags and from 1100 litre containers set up at the following points: - Public Primary School in Głowaczów, - Public Primary School in Brzóz, - Water and Sewerage Service Department in Głowaczów, - Terrain of summer plots in Rogożek, - Terrain of summer plots of Brzóza Sokoły. During the period of providing the service, it is planned to export approx. 960 tonnes of segregated waste, including: - paper, cardboard - approx. 100 tonnes, - glass - approx. 280 tonnes, - mixed packaging waste (plastics, metals and multi-material packaging)– approx. 300 tons. - biodegradable waste - approx. 180 tons. - ash – 100 tonnes. 3. The Contractor is obliged to draw up a detailed waste collection schedule divided into fractions, which should be agreed with the municipal employee responsible for the task, forwarded to the Contracting Authority and the residents of the municipality. 4. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver to the Ordering Party bags with a capacity of 120 liters and a capacity of at least 60 liters per ash, made of LDPE film of a thickness ensuring the strength of bags intended for the collection of segregated waste. Delivered bags must be in five colors, marked with the following inscriptions: • GLASS – green bag, • MIXED PACKAGING WASTE – yellow bag, • PAPER – blue bag, • BIO – brown bag, • HALF – grey bag. The expected number of bags needed to complete the order is approx. 200,000 units (this is an estimate and may change depending on the number of households that have declared segregation).
