Contract awarded in accordance with the adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of Article 28-I of the Public Procurement Code. The main subject of the contract is: — the development of avenue Vladimir Ilitch Lénine between avenue Paul Vaillant-Couturier in Gentilly in the north and Avenue Jean Jaurès in Arcueil in the south, – the re-classification of roads, pavements and public spaces in the Chaperon Vert district, in particular the 2th, 3th and 4th avenue in Gentilly.
