1.The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the renovation of the bridge in Bychawa, along the provincial road No 836 in km. 0+318. 2. The contract consists in the repair of the bridge over the Kosarzewka river, in Bychawa, along the provincial road No 836 Bychawa – Kębłów – Piaski, in km 0+318, in accordance with the technical design and specifications drawn up. 3. The scope of works includes: - Demolition and preparatory works, - Reconstruction of the supporting system, - Overconcrete slabs - Insulation of the platform slab, - Protection of concrete surfaces, - Curbs, - Paving caps (bands), - Reconstruction of supports, - Support bodies, - Reinforced concrete wings, - Retaining block with a transition slab, - Finishing works and bridge equipment, - Surface on the bridge and access roads, - Reinforcement of cones. 4. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders - detailed justification is contained in the SWZ. 5. The contracting authority provides for the requirements indicated in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act in the field of employment by the Contractor or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point XXVI.1.SWZ in the field of contract performance. 6. The contracting authority shall provide for partial payments in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract. 7. The term of the contract is set at 90 days from the date of signing the contract. 8. In accordance with Art. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) Urz. The contracting authority in accordance with Art. 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the possibility of amending the contract specified in detail in the draft contract. 11. The condition for participation in the tender is the submission of a security in the amount of: PLN 3 000.00 (in words: three thousand 00/100). The tender documents shall contain detailed requirements for the lodging of the security. 12. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a performance bond. 13.The Contractor shall be bound by the tender until 11 November 2024.
