Kommunernes Landsforening (KL) hereby requests suppliers of conference facilities to make offers for facilities at 11 conferences and a trade fair that KL will hold in the period 25 March 2026 to 16 March 2030. The conferences have a programme duration of between one and one-and-a-half days and the number of participants is between 500 and 2,000. Tenders may be submitted for one or more of the conferences/fairs. KL is the municipalities' interest organisation and, as part of its activities, has a long-standing tradition of holding high-quality conferences on current municipal political and professional themes.
