‘Preparation and delivery of ready meals for persons from risk groups under the ‘Hot Lunch’ project in Tundzha Municipality’
The subject of this call for tenders is ‘Preparation and delivery of ready meals for persons from risk groups under the Hot Lunch project in Tundzha Municipality’. The Tundzha Municipality is implementing Administrative Contract No BG05SFPR003-1.001-0054 for the provision of grants under the Food and Basic Material Assistance Programme 2021-2027, under Operation BG05SFPR003-1.001 Hot Lunch under the Hot Lunch project in Tundzha Municipality, with a duration until 30 September 2025. The Tundzha Municipality has received letter ref. No 08-00-11196/ 14 August 2025 from the Managing Authority (MA) of the Food and Basic Material Assistance Programme (FMEP) 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, providing the opportunity to sign additional agreements amending the administrative contracts implemented and extending the eligibility period for expenditure and implementation of activities until 31 January 2026, which determines the conduct of this call for tenders. *At the time of the announcement of this public procurement procedure pursuant to Article 18(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act in conjunction with Article 20(1)(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act, no funding was provided, in view of which, on the basis of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority announced the public procurement procedure with a condition or clause in the deferred performance contract. The provision of the services under this public procurement will start after receipt of a contracting letter sent by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor for secured financing and after presentation by the Contractor of the specified guarantee for performance of the contract, but not earlier than 01.11.2025 and is until 31.01.2026. The delivery of ready meals is made by 12:00 on the working days of the week by transport of the Contractor to the designated sites (points) referred to in Section I, point 3 of the Technical Specifications and should include for one person per day: soup – min. 300g, main course – min. 300g, bread – min. 100g and at least once a week dessert. Each participant should propose in its price offer – Template No 4 unit price for administrative costs and costs for transport and storage of food for 1 ‘warm lunch’ and total value for administrative costs and costs for transport and storage of food for the indicative period for the performance of the contract from 1.11.2025 to 31.01.2026. The estimated number of consumers is up to 400. The estimated period for the performance of the services covered by the contract is 61 working days for the period from 1.11.2025.- 31.01.2026, the estimated number of servings for this period is 24 400 pcs.
