The subject of the contract is the disposal of mixed municipal waste and bulky waste from Malacky in the landfill in accordance with the approved operating rules of the landfill, the consent issued for the operation of the landfill and the applicable legislation in the field of waste management. Disposal of waste at the landfill is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Act No 79/2015 on waste and amending certain acts, as amended, the provisions of Ministry of the Environment Decree No 371/2015 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Waste Act and the provisions of Ministry of the Environment Decree No 365/2015 establishing the Waste Catalogue, as amended. The obligation of the landfill/transhipment operator does not include the transport of waste by the waste holder. The contracting authority will arrange the transport of waste at its own expense through the municipal company TEKOS, s.r.o.
