Description

Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky je poskytování Správcovských investičních služeb, což zahrnuje především:
— podporu kapacit a identifikace způsobilých Městských projektů,
— zvyšování povědomí potenciálních Konečných uživatelů o možnostech využití finančního nástroje (organizování konferencí, setkání, publikační činnost apod.) a odborná podpora při přípravě Městských projektů ve prospěch potenciálních Konečných uživatelů (zejména optimalizace relevantních parametrů projektů),
— vyhodnocování způsobilosti Městských projektů,
— vyhodnocování způsobilosti investic a jejich uskutečňování uzavíráním Investičních smluv,
— vyplácení prostředků na Městské projekty,
— kontrolu realizace příslušných Městských projektů,
— správu investičního portfolia zahrnující zejména provádění inkasa a případně vymáhání pohledávek z Investičních smluv.
