(b) copyright supervision during the execution of the works referred to in point. 1a;
(C) execution of the construction works on the basis of the developed design documentation referred to in point. 1a.
2. This scope of work requires a Construction Permit.
The scope of the contract covers the design and construction of technical infrastructure with roads in Zielątków and Chludów, municipality of Suchy Las, and will be divided into two stages of implementation:
Stage I Project work – involves the execution of a construction and construction and implementation project and the obtaining of building permits (for the scope of the sanitary sewerage system – obtaining a decision on AQUANET S.A., for the scope of rainwater sewerage and drained roads, obtaining a decision on the municipality of Suchy Las);
Stage II Construction and assembly work – includes construction and assembly works consisting of:
sanitary sewerage with connections and pumping stations or local lifting points;
rainwater drainage and drainage of roads;
construction and restoration of roads;
The contractor will design and construct on the basis of a programme-spatial approach drawn up by the Contracting Authority for the sewerage of the municipality of Suchy Las, taking into account the requirements set out in this Funkcjonalno-Uuse Program, and will obtain, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a building permit for the investment to be carried out. The contracting authority reserves a building permit for:
sewerage and pumping stations
construction of roads with drainage (rain sewerage).
The investment will be carried out in Zielątkowo and Chludowo, the municipality of Suchy Las. Includes sewerage of the following streets: Dworcowa, Kręko, Short, Łąkowa, Szkolna, Leśna, Common, Solar, Cyprus, Daglezova, BJ. Moraczewskie, Kasztowa, acacia, Dębowa, Pogodna, S. Wyrzykowskiej, Sportowa, Wichrowa, Zielona, Wierzbowa, Morvova, Sosnów, Świerkowa, Lipowa, Municipality of Zielątków and Wargowska, Nad Torem, Dworcowa in Chludów.
