Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of meals in cold connection to the school restaurants of primary schools during school time, to the Collective Homes of Minors, on Wednesdays and during the holidays, as well as to the adults supervising them; the supply and delivery of snacks for the collective reception of minors, on Wednesdays and during the holidays; the supply and delivery of meals in cold connection and snacks for the "Multi-reception" establishment for young children, served to children from 6 months to 3 years old, and to staff working there during the school year, Wednesdays and school holidays. This framework agreement is concluded in accordance with a formalised open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2162-2 to R2162-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a framework supply agreement. For lot 1, there is no minimum amount and the maximum amount is 300 000 euro (s) excluding VAT. For lot 2, there is no minimum amount and the maximum amount is 32 000 euro (s) excluding VAT.
