Description

HbR is working on the redevelopment of its site at Eemhavenweg 10-14. The existing site will be split and redesigned into two parts. The new building has been given an ambitious goal in terms of sustainability, so that it contributes to HbR's climate goals to reduce the CO2 emissions of its own commercial real estate. As a developer of the port, HbR is committed to developing the port into the place where the energy transition takes shape. The Netherlands faces the challenge of making the economy and society virtually CO2 neutral within 30 years. The new building will be a home for various departments and training courses of the Harbour Master's Division and the Asset Management Department.
