Description

Stadtwerke München GmbH intends to renew seven switches and a junction on the underground line between Theresienwiese and Schwanthalerhöhe in 2027. The work is carried out entirely in an inner-city tunnel. In addition to the use of diesel-powered construction machinery, the removal and installation of the gravel superstructure generates significant dust emissions. A temporary ventilation and dust extraction system with an extraction capacity of 4,000 m ³/min is therefore required for safe construction site operation and compliance with the requirements of occupational health and environmental protection. The subject of the invitation to tender is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning, operation and support of the plant during the construction period, including necessary conversions between the construction phases, as well as the dismantling of a temporary ventilation and dust removal system, including the associated energy supply, as well as measurement, control and control technology. The basis of the service is a ventilation and dust removal concept specified by the client, which must be implemented by the contractor. The scope of services includes, in particular, air separation by means of weather walls and weather gates, axial fans and dust extraction systems, an above-ground extraction fan in a soundproof enclosure, the temporary energy supply including switchgear and frequency converters, stationary measurement and personal gas warning systems, a central control and guidance system as well as dust measurements. In addition, all necessary evidence, tests and documentation must be carried out. The construction project will be carried out in two consecutive construction phases; the necessary conversion of individual plant parts and foreclosures, including the associated planning, assembly and commissioning services, is part of the service. The tendered service is aimed at companies with proven experience in the planning, construction and operation of temporary ventilation and dust removal systems for track construction sites.
